General Refund Policy

AS YOU GO LANGUAGES, CNPJ 48.800.061/0001-60, hereinafter referred to as simply COMPANY, and, on the other hand, the student, qualified at the time of contracting the courses, hereinafter referred to as simply CLIENT.

We offer refunds for courses purchased directly on our website in the following cases:

 

  • Right to repent: the Customer will be entitled to exercise the right to repent of the purchase, with the purpose of returning the amounts, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the period for withdrawing from the purchase of the service is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of hiring.

 

  • Technical issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing our courses, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid.

 

  • Dissatisfaction with the course: if you are not satisfied with the online English course, we can offer a full or partial refund of the amount paid, depending on whether classes have already been taught or not.

 

  • If the school cancels the course.

 

  • If the teacher does not attend the scheduled class.

 

 

Refund policy for canceled courses:

 

If a school cancels an online English course, we will offer affected students the following options:

 

  • Transfer to another course: we offer transfer to another online English course with equivalent value.

 

  • Full refund: If no alternative option is suitable, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid for classes not yet taken.

 

Refund policyo for non-attendance of the teacher in a scheduled class:

 

If no teacher from the school shows up for a scheduled class, we will offer affected students the following options:

 

  • Reschedule the class at no additional cost on another date and bonus of 1 more class/class credit at no cost.

  • Full refund: If no alternative option is suitable, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid for the lesson not taken.

 

Cancellation or refund request process:

 

To request a cancellation or refund, please email our student support team or contact us through any channel available on the website with the following information:

 

  • Your full name and email address associated with your school account.

  • The reason for the cancellation or refund request.

  • Any evidence necessary to support your cancellation or refund request.

  • Your transaction number and/or payment information as proof, including the cardholder's name and card number, if applicable.

 

After review and approval of the refund request, which must occur within 2 business days. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days, in accordance with the general cancellation or refund conditions.

 

General conditions for cancellation or refund:

 

I - The Customer must request cancellation through the Customer Service (SAC) or through any channel available on the website.

 

II - When purchasing with a credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement period and, also, the collection of the remaining installments after the full refund of the value of the service on the Customer's credit card carried out by the COMPANY, is the responsibility of the card administrator. In the event of future installments being charged by the card administrator, the Customer will not be burdened, since the COMPANY, as mentioned above, refunds the full value of the service in a single payment, with the credit referring to the refund being granted in full by the administrator card on the billing invoice subsequent to the month of cancellation.

 

III - For purchases paid by bank slip or debit account (including PIX), the refund will be made via bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only to the current account of the buyer or person responsible , which must be individual. The CPF of the holder or person responsible must be the same as that of the current account.
